We have carefully crafted our course access and completion process to be as effortless as possible, and we have taken steps to ensure you know what you are getting before you make a purchase. However, sometimes the expectations of two people don’t align, and you may find yourself feeling you didn’t get what you signed up for.
If your purchase does not meet your needs or expectations, please let us know right away.
We will work to resolve any technical or satisfaction issue you may have. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will refund your purchase in full.
Funds will be returned to the card you completed the purchase with, and the return may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
You may return an unused course within 30 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund. An unused course is defined as a course without a completed exam.
A course with a completed exam is not eligible for refund.
Please see our approvals page to review the board approvals for each course. We cannot guarantee acceptance of CE credit by any board except for the boards explicitly stated on our approvals page.
